JNK Marisco’s Versace -ILR# 286213
Marisco x CMF Eagle’s Kestrel
DOB: 9/10/13 NOT FOR SALE
Versace is a future herdsire who was a LONG time in the making! I first saw Isle Eagle on
a trip to Jeff and Niki Kuklenski’s farm in Washington State while visiting my sister in
Seattle. Isle Eagle is the most WINNINGEST llama in llama history — an ALSA Elite
Champion, ASLA Halter and Performance CHAMPION, and has his ROM in Halter, Get
of Sire, Pack, PR, Obstacle and Driving. Eagle was a phenomenal llama with just about a
perfect composition and unbeatable disposition. Eagle had a daughter owned by
Serenity Park Llamas boarding. This llama’s amazing tri-colored paint looked perfect!
Add to that Marisco’s amazing genetics, including Sipan (my favorite male EVER) and
the fact that both Marisco and Isle Eagle were accomplished performance and therapy
llamas, I KNEW this combination was one that would transform my breeding program.
In Spring of 2014, I was lucky enough to purchase JNK Marisco’s Versace––a fabulous
male son out of Eagle’s daughter Kestrel, whom I adore for being tall, colorful, and
correct. Niki often has a long waiting list for her cria, especially for one this special, so I
was doubly thrilled when I found out he was available.
Versace has now transitioned into his breeding career, and boy, is he happy to have the
job! Combining his genetics with the El Gris (LUA Bravado’s Izadoro) and Silver Peru
(SPCL Intimidator) lines that we are already working with will result in some AMAZING,
BIG, and colorful llamas in the years to come.
